The Company, today, is a leading motor insurer in the Kingdom with a steadily growing base of clients who have also chosen to trust bni with their other personal insurance requirements such as home, travel and domestic servant insurance.

The claims service provided by bni is aimed towards the customer needs. The services of bni’s motor & personal lines claims network - available at 4 strategically located branches - are intended to support claimants in the unfortunate event of a loss. 

bni is the first national insurer to have created a specific unit dedicated to customer service where any matter brought to its attention are dealt with expeditiously and above all, fairly.

 

bni is the first in the local & regional insurance market to launch a virtual insurance branch in Bahrain – bnidirect. Moreover, it is the first in launching the Intelligent Insurance service, which allows bni customers to renew their motor, home and domestic servant insurance policies in an easy, quick and convenient manner.

 

bni had pioneered the concept of branches in Bahrain. Today it operates through 10 branches located throughout the Kingdom, with its head office operations based in BNH Tower in the Seef District.

 

Sanad branch operates 7 days a week, 12 hours per day excluding Thursdays and Fridays where it starts operations at 7:30 am until 4 pm to suit all individuals schedules.
