Public Liability

This policy covers your legal liabilities to third parties in the event of causing bodily injury or death or damage to their property. Whereas it normally covers the risks assumed on your premises, the policy may also be extended to cover wider risks such as deleterious matter in food and drink, liability arising out of escalators and lifts and more.

Products Liability

This policy provides cover for your legal liability in the event of bodily injury or property damage caused to third parties arising from products supplied or manufactured by you (including their containers).

Employer’s Liability/ Workmen’s Compensation

This policy is primarily intended to protect the employer in terms of liabilities in respect of bodily injury or death arising under employment related legislation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
