Protection for the personal assets of the Director or Officer and the Company for any costs in protecting that director or officer. The policy pays for damages awarded against the Insured, as well as legal costs and expenses and costs incurred in the defense of the action for a wrongful act which may be any actual or alleged breach of duty or trust, negligence, error, misstatement, omission, breach of warranty of authority or similar acts.

The policy can be extended to include investigation costs, retired and non-executive directors, extradition and more.
